What is Lilly Faye's Warranty?
-We warranty our products for 1 year after the product is sold. If your Lilly Faye Jewelry fails to meet the standards set by us within the first year of ownership, we will replace it.

Is my Lilly Faye Jewelry waterproof?
-The majority of what we sell is waterproof jewelry and will not turn your skin green.  The few products we still stock that are not waterproof are listed as “gold-plated only”. While still considered waterproof for a shorter amount of time, “gold-plated only” jewelry has the thinnest layer of gold coating and will wear off sooner with heavy use. All others will last you for years to come, especially when the proper care is taken. 

How do I care for my jewelry?
-When not wearing your jewelry, clean it with warm water, dry, and store in a cloth Lilly Faye bag. Be careful not to let your jewelry come into constant contact with any harsh chemicals or environments. This can shorten the life of any metal. 

Can I wear my jewelry in the shower, pool, etc? 
-Yes, you can! Any waterproof Lilly Faye Jewelry can be worn worry-free in the shower without worry of tarnishing. 

What happens if I’m not happy with my Lilly Faye Jewelry?
-Any jewelry can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days if the customer is not 100% satisfied, upon inspection and approval by a Lilly Faye associate. 

Will my jewelry break over time?
-With normal wear and tear, your Lilly Faye Jewelry should not break. We take pride in the creation and strength of our jewelry. You should take more caution with our smaller and dainty pieces. Feel free to contact us directly with any questions or concerns you may have.

What is Lilly Faye's return policy?
-Refunds are processed as store credit upon approval. 

Does Lilly Faye offer bulk/wholesale pricing?
-If you have the need for a large order, please do not hesitate to contact us directly for specific pricing.
